This Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport S reaches almost 500 HP

Talking about the Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport S is not talking about a car either. This compact can be proud to be the fastest front wheel drive on the Nürburgring. With his 310 hp he was able to complete a lap in 7 minutes and 47.29 seconds, overtaking others like the Seat Leon Cupra or the Honda Civic Type R. Now a coach has dared with the Golf GTI Clubsport S and has taken Plenty of juice

B & B Automobiltechnik wanted to test how far this model was able to arrive. While maintaining the 2.0 TSI, this four-cylinder block receives a new turbocharger, intercooler, fuel pump, injectors, exhaust with sport catalytic converter and ECU. The result is brutal, as it manages to develop 480 hp and 620 Nm of torque, which means an increase of 170 hp compared to the series.

Thanks to these modifications, the Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport S of B & B Automobiltechnik manages to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.5 seconds (before 5.8 seconds), from 0 to 200 km / h in 12.8 seconds and reach a Maximum speed of 285 km / h. If you have already beaten the record of its category in the Nürburgring going as standard, we do not want to imagine what this preparation would be capable of on the mythical track.

To keep up with the power increase they also wanted to install KW suspensions. Apparently there are no more changes and its exterior remains almost unchanged, except for the black tires. For those who want to get this preparation in their Golf GTI Clubsport S will have to pay 12,950 euros. B & B also offers other levels of power somewhat lower can choose 360, 385 or 430 hp.
